Snoop Dogg can re-apply for a U.K. visa after two immigration judges decided that the border authorities were wrong to deny the rapper entry into the country.
He was denied a U.K. tour visa in 2007, when he was due to play British shows with Diddy, but got the ban lifted in 2008. The U.K. Border Agency challenged the lifting of the band and the case went to an Asylum and Immigration Tribunal.
There is no guarantee that Snoop Dogg will be able to secure a visa. The original ban followed the arrest of the rapper in 2006 after a brawl at Heathrow Airport involving his entourage.
The U.K. Border Agency said it was "disappointed" by the latest decision and will consider an appeal.
