Spanish pop singer Miguel Bosé and Academy Award-winning director Fernando Trueba are among supporters of a proposal to honor Grammy winning Cuban pianist Bebo Valdés with Spain’s prestigious Prince of Asturias Award. Past winners include Bob Dylan and Paco de Lucia. The campaign was started by Barcelona's gladyspalmera.com.
